Week 27 (April 29nd)

This week Evelyn had her 6 month visit. She is still a big girl for her age and is off the charts for height and weight at 29 inches and 23 lbs 7oz. She is now wearing and filling out 18 month clothes and sometimes wears something in a 24 month size! (Her head is comparatively smaller in the 90th percentile at 17.5 inches.) For her age she is appropriately chubby and as sweet as can be. She gets lots of compliments for her cuteness while we are out and is at a stage where she will smile at everyone she sees.

Lillian has really been enjoying her friends. She has been going to the same playgroup now

for about nine months and has been interacting with the other toddlers more and more. I took Lillian to her friend Jackson's house to play while I was at the doctor's office with Evelyn. Before I left Lillian was laughing impishly with Jackson for some unknown reason. When Lillian and her friends get together they laugh a lot and are quite entertaining to watch.

Isnt' it so cute when they interact with each other? Michael has a little "friend" at Mother's Day Out...he's the first little boy he has called by name and calls him his friend. When I say we're going to school he says..."Going to school, see Ms. Patty, and Stefan!" Its sooo cute. When school's over they wave to each other down the hall "Bye Michael....Bye Stefan" they say.
